Cancellation
You may cancel your order before the product has been shipped or produced. If your order is canceled successfully, you will receive a full refund. We are unable to process cancellations once the order has been dispatched.
Returns (If Applicable)
We accept returns on most products. Customers may submit a return request within 14 days of receiving their order.To qualify for a return, items must remain unused and in the same condition as delivered, including their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return. Please do not return items directly to the manufacturer.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email of its arrival and the status of your refund approval.If your refund is approved, it will be processed automatically to your original payment method or credit card within 1–5 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)
If you have not received your refund, please first check your bank account. You may also contact your credit card provider, as posting times can vary.
