Order processing is available Monday through Friday. Once you place an order, we will process it within 3–5 business days, and it will be shipped the day after processing is finished.

Shipping typically takes 10 to 15 days, so we appreciate your patience as you wait for your logistics status to update.

A number of our products are crafted entirely by hand. Given the high volume of orders we receive, we need 1 to 2 weeks to produce these handmade items, which may cause a slight delay in delivery.

Your local customs authority may require additional documentation and processing time to clear your package, which may extend the estimated delivery period.

Deliveries are handled by either your local post office or a local courier service. In most areas, orders are delivered via the local postal service, meaning your package will arrive with your regular mail. If you are not available to receive the delivery, the postal service will leave a notice card with instructions on how and where to collect your order.
